This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned notice dated 10.06.2025 issued by Respondent No. 4 (Annexure no. 5 ) to this writ petition, respectably. b) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding direct to the Respondent No. 2 decide the stay application filed by the petitioner before commissioner Kanpur Division Kanpur, within a fix period." It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that an eviction order has been passed against the petitioner, against which, an appeal under Section 67(5) was preferred which was rejected. Thereafter, petitioner has filed a revision before the Commissioner. A stay application has also been moved which till date has not been decided. A show cause notice was issued on 10.06.2025 for demolishing the house in question. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for counter affidavit, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, requiring respondent no.2- Commissioner, Kanpur Division, Kanpur to conclude the revisional proceedings, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. Till the decision of the revision, the demolition of the property in question shall remain stayed.
