No. 6694 of 2024 had directed the Trial Court to expedite and conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of 03 months. 4. By the PUD under consideration, the Trial Court has prayed for further time for deciding the aforesaid case. 5. As the request made by the concerned Court appears to be genuine and, therefore, additional two months’ time is granted from the next date of hearing of the case to ensure disposal of the case. 6. The concerned Judge is directed to make all the endeavour for disposal of the case within time.
