The present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition has been filed to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the corpus Aanya before this Hon'ble Court as corpus Aanya is illegally detained by respondent No. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his prayer for seeking the visitation rights to meet his daughter petitioner No. 2 Aanya (corpus), aged about 2 and half years. Accordingly, petitioner No. 1 Alok Singh (father of corpus) is granted the visitation rights to meet his minor daughter regularly on every Saturday and Sunday of the week from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at the venue fixed by the S.H.O., Police Station-Ecotech First, District-Gautam Buddh Nagar, who shall ensure for the safety and convenience of the parties and the place should be other than the police station. Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 along with respondent No. 4 shall remain present during the visitation rights. With the aforesaid directions, the present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is disposed of.
