The petitioners have challenged the order dated 22.12.2006, whereby, the respondent was directed to pay the maintenance to applicants-petitioners Nos. 1, 2 and 3 in the tune of Rs.2600/- per month. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the amount granted to the applicants-petitioners Nos.1, 2 and 3 as maintenance were meagre and learned trial Court has not appreciated the evidence put-forth before it. 2. Learned trial Court after appreciating the evidence of both the parties enhanced the maintenance already awarded to the applicants from Rs.1200/- to Rs.2600/-. 5. I do not find any infirmity or perversity in the findings arrived upon by the learned trial Court. 6. Accordingly, the instant revision petition stands dismissed.
