The prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner in principle is not being opposed by counsel for the respondent. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions of counsel for the parties, Registry is directed to transmit the record of the instant bail petition after de- registering the same to the trial court and upon receipt of the record of the instant petition, the trial court shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law on its own merits and uninfluenced by any observations made by it earlier while rejecting the earlier bail application of the petitioner.
