The instant petition has been filed for restoration of Cr.M.P. No.563 of 2013 which was filed for recall/review of the order dated 03.07.2012 passed in Cr.M.P. No.1092 of 2012 by which the Coordinate Bench of this Court has rejected the prayer for grant of leave to file appeal against the judgment of acquittal. 2. It has been contended on behalf of the State that the instant petitioner has been filed for restoration of Cr.M.P. No.563 of 2013 which was dismissed for default. 3. The matter is of the year 2018 and time was allowed by the learned Lawazima Boards to remove the defects, as 2025:JHHC:12603-DB 2 would appear from order dated 10.05.2018 and 19.10.2020, but the defects are still subsisting. 4.
