The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 18.6.2025, registered as Case Crime No.204 of 2025, under Sections- 115(2), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha), 3(2) (va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station- Bilariyaganj, District- Azamgarh and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel for respondent no.3 has filed a short counter affidavit wherein it is stated that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court and the respondent no. has no objection in case the impugned FIR is quashed. 4. Learned AGA has filed affidavit of compliance wherein the report of police station whereby the compromise between the parties has been verified has been filed. 5. Accordingly, the impugned FIR is quashed. 6. The writ petition is allowed. 7. Investigating officer of this case is directed to make entry of this compromise in the case diary. 8.
