The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner obtained a Judgement and Decree for partition in O.S.No.13 of 2010 as against the fourth respondent and his family members. Pursuant to the final decree, the petitioner was allotted the subject property and he was also issued patta. While being so, the petitioner was not able to enjoy the fruits of the decree, since the fourth respondent, who is the grandfather of the petitioner, remained in occupation of the subject property. 4. Thus, the writ petition lacks merit and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands dismissed.
