HEMALEKHA - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:43598 WP No. 28433 of 2025 ORAL ORDER The petitioners have approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the joint application dated 27.01.2025 (Annexure-A) seeking issuance of Development plan approval as per the plan produced Annexure-T, within a time bound manner. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Addl. Government Advocate for respondent No.1 and Sri. Karthikeyan, learned counsel for respondent No.2. Perused the materials on record. 3. The grievance of the petitioners is that though the said application was submitted in January 2025, the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. It is therefore prayed that appropriate directions be issued to ensure timely disposal of the said application. 4. Learned counsel for respondent No.2-BDA submits that the application of the petitioners shall be - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:43598 WP No. 28433 of 2025 considered in accordance with law, within a time bound period. 5. The said submission is recorded. 6. In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed by issuing necessary direction to the respondents. Accordingly, this Court pass the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of. ii. Respondent No.2 is directed to consider and dispose of the joint application dated 27.01.2025 (Annexure-A) submitted by the petitioners seeking issuance of Development plan approval as per the plan produced at Annexure- T, and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:43598 WP No. 28433 of 2025 four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. iii.
