Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of the FIR No.109 dated 28.04.2025, registered under Sections 115, 126, 3(5), 324(4), 351(2), 79 of BNS, 2023 at Police Station DLF-I, Gurugram and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that he wishes to press the present petition only for the reason that the petitioner is being harassed repeatedly by calling him in the Police Station. He submits that from the allegations made in the FIR, it is apparent that the petitioner has been only doubted. He submits that on the notice issued by the respondent-Investigating Agency, the petitioner went to the Police Station time and again. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Mr. Sumit Jain, Addl. AG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the State and Mr. Digvijay Nagpal, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the complainant. 5. On instructions from ASI Sanjay Kumar, learned State counsel has submitted that no harassment is being caused to the petitioner and the case is under investigation. Allowed to do so. 8. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The Investigating Agency is directed to conduct the investigation strictly in accordance with law.
