ORAL JUDGMENT
(PER: HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANU SIVARAMAN)
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the complainants as well as the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents- State.
2. An affidavit is placed on record today producing documents to show that pension of the complainants have been revised in accordance with the directions issued by this Court. It is submitted that when pension was revised w.e.f. 01.04.1998 in terms of the Government
Order dated 15.02.1999, the basic pension payable was Rs.7,691/-. Since the complainants have already got authorized pension of Rs.8,100/-, it is submitted that no amount is paid.
3. It is stated that since fixation of pension had been carried out and fixation had already been done and the complainants were drawing the said pension, no recovery is being effected.
4. The learned counsel for the complainants submits that there are contrary submissions with regard to provisional

pension. We are of the opinion that those are the matters which cannot be gone into this Contempt of Court case.
5. In the above view of the matter, reserving liberty to the complainants to take up their grievance, if any, in appropriate proceedings, the contempt proceeding is dropped. Notice issued to the respondents/accused shall stand discharged.
