Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case no. 276 of 2017 arising out of Saraidhela P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017 corresponding to G.R. No. 1156 of 2017 for the offences registered under sections 307, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XVI, Dhanbad. 3. On 21.03.2017 at about 3.30 p.m., one Neeraj Singh and three others were murdered by the named accused persons. Occurrence had taken place due to long-standing rivalry between two prominent families of Dhanbad. As far as the petitioner is concerned, he is not named in the First Information Report. 4. Mr. Jitendra Shankar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submitted that the allegation against the petitioner was that he is involved in criminal conspiracy for committing murder of Neeraj Singh. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Sanjay Singh has been granted bail by this court earlier, while another co-accused Jainendra Singh @ Pintu has been granted bail by the Hon’ble Supreme Court and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. 5. Mr. Priya Shrestha, learned Special P.P has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and submissions made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with 2. two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XVI, Dhanbad in connection with S.T.
