Mr. Shivajee Singh Sisodiya, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client was awarded with best Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneurial award in year 2021-22. On query he submits, his client is a registered small scale enterprise. He submits further, prayer of his client is to direct respondent no. 2 to pay Rs. 13,11,472/- along with interest @ 18% per annum calculated, w.e.f., 1st February, 2019, within stipulated period. 2. Mr. Raj Mohan Upadhyay, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. Mr. Pranjal Mehrotra, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3. He submits, the project is not yet complete. There is enquiry underway. 3. There appears to be dispute on whether petitioner has a claim. If he has, the claim can be pressed as per provisions in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSME) Act, 2006. As such, we will not interfere. 4. The writ petition is disposed of.
