This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not continuing the further investigation in respect of Crime No.303 of 2018 against the accused for the offence u/ s 403, 406, 420, 467, 468, 120 (b) r/w 34 IPC, and 156 (3) of Cr.P.0 on 18-05-2018 of Padamata Police Station of Krishna district as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and also violations of Article 14,16,19 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently

direct the respondents to arrest the accused in the above Crime in preventing to commit further commission of offence.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.303 of 2018 on the file of Padamata Police Station has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed on the file of the Court of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of.
3. Sri B.Sesi Bushan Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
