Heard learned counsel for the revisionists, learned A.G.A. for the State, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 and perused the material on record. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has pointed out that Application U/s. 482 No. 22738 of 2024 has been filed by one of the present accused namely Aayn. After hearing the said application, this Court has passed the following order relevant extract whereof is reproduced below:- "............ 8. Till the next date of listing, the effect and operation of the impugned summoning order dated 07.03.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge on the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. filed in S.T. No. 1016 of 2022, arising out of case crime no. 151/2022, under Sections 498A, 304-B IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Nawabganj, district Prayagraj, shall remain stayed." 3. In view of the fact that, operation of order under challenged dated 07.03.2024 has been stayed completely, no order is required to be passed in the present revision. 4. However, it shall remain open to the revisionists, to take appropriate remedy to approach the appropriate forum at appropriate stage, depending upon the outcome of the said Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Gulab Chandra Tiwari, Priti Tiwari Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Ankit Saran, G.A., Mehdi Abbas Reshama Bano And 2 Others .....Revisionist(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) Application moved U/s. 482 No. 22738 of 2024. 5.
