ORDER; The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973^ has been filed, by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.3 and 4 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.173 of 2018 on the file of Tiruchanur Police Station registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 76 of the Chit Fund Act, 1982. Heard Sri B.Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for the Petitioners, Sri Raja Reddy Koneti, learned counsel for Respondent No.2. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State is in attendance.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Petitioners herein are the children of Accused Nos.1 and 2, who are the Petitioners in Crl.P.No.2258 of 2022, wherein, compromise was recorded between the parties. Learned counsel would further submit that, in view of the compromise between Respondent No.2 and Accused Nos.1 and 2, the proceedings against the present Petitioners may be quashed.
Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 would submit that they have no objection for quashment of the case against the Petitioners/Accused Nos.3 and 4, who are the children of Accused Nos.1 and 2 with whom the matter

Recording the same, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the Petitioners/Accused Nos.3 and 4 in Crime No. 173 of 2018 on the file of Tiruchanur Police Station for the offences under Sections 420 and 506 read with 34 IPC and Section 76 of the Chit Fund Act, 1982, are hereby quashed. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
