This writ petition has been filed praying for the following substantial reliefs : "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the show cause notice date 18.05.2025 passed by Respondent. B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No.2, 3 and 4 to decide the application moved by the petitioner dated 09.04.2025 bearing Application Reference No. 25-2001869086 for renewal of passport of the petitioner and further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to renew the passport of the petitioner in accordance with law, within stipulated period, otherwise the Petitioners shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that identical issue had already been considered and decided by the Division Bench of this Court in Pawan Kumar Rajbhar v. Union of India and others, Neutral Citation No. - 2024:AHC:26720- DB, therefore, this writ petition may also be disposed of, on the same terms and conditions. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute that the controversy involved in this matter is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgement. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present writ petition is finally disposed of in terms of the judgement rendered in the case of Pawan Kumar Rajbhar (Supra).
