Case No. 49 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Ms. Smriti Tripathi, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. On 05.04.2024 at 9.15 p.m., son of the Informant was waylaid by unknown dacoits near a place at Khedua Bridge, Giridih and was shot, due to which, he sustained injury and died during course of treatment. 4. Mr. Mahesh Tewari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Mr. Satish Prasad, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Smriti Tripathi, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Bagodar P.S.
