This is an application u/s 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 praying for condonation of 514 days of delay in fling the revision petition. 3. Mr. H A Ahmed has fairly submitted that he has no objection if the delay is condoned. 4. I have also found that the reasons for delay has been properly explained. 5. Accordingly, the delay stands condoned. 6. The connected revision petition shall be registered and thereafter, listed for admission hearing. 7.
