Heard Shri Vishwaraj Singh, holding brief of Shri Ashwani Kumar Soni, Advocate appearing for the petitioner and Shri Apoorva Bumesh & Shri Srijan Mehrotra, Advocates appearing for the respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council to decide Reference No.59 of 2024, expeditiously, in a time bound manner. 3. Undisputedly, time limit for deciding reference is prescribed under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act itself. The provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 are also applicable as the conciliation has failed and the dispute is under arbitration. 4. As such, we find no good ground to issue any mandamus in that regard. It is open to the petitioner to bring the said provisions to the notice of respondent Council. 5.
