Status of petitioner no. 1 is already married as provided by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State through his instructions so received from competent authority of the concerned District, which is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 3. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. On the basis of instructions received, through which it has been revealed that the marriage which has been solemnized and entered into a contract by petitioner nos. 1 and 2 is not valid. 5. In view of the above, the prayer made in the instant petition cannot be exceeded and as such, petitioners are not entitled to get any relief. 6.
