Having regard to the jail remarks of the petitioner, it appears that earlier he was granted temporary bail from 28.01.2024 to 03.02.2024, for 7 days, however, he had absconded for 163 days and R/SCR.A/14431/2025 ORDER DATED: 06/11/2025 he was lodged back in jail only on being apprehended by the police. Considering the same as well as the ground, this Court is not inclined to exercise discretion in favour of the petitioner. Hence, this petition is rejected.
