The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order of this Court dated 23.09.2024 passed in WPS No. 8951/2023. Vide order dated 23.09.2024, this Court has passed the following order/direction:- “3. In view of the above submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petitions stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to submit a representation raising all the grounds as raised in this petitions before concerned respondents within s”even days” from today and in the event of submission of the said representation, concerned respondents are directed to consider the decide the representation of the petitioners within “15 days” thereof in accordance with the law and relevant rules.” 2 2. Learned counsel for the respondent placed on record the copy of the representation (Annexure C/2) . He further contended that the order of this court has fully been complied with. 3. On bare perusal of the documents produced by the counsel for the respondent and the submission made by him , it transpires that the order of this court has been complied with and there remains no willful disobedience/non- compliance of the order dated 23.09.2024 passed in WPS No. 8951 of 2023. 4.
