The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "Issue suitable direction to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Mirzapur, District- Mirzapur to decide the 6C application filed in Original Suit No. 32/2025, Avdhesh Kumar Gupta Versus Durgacharan @ Sunil Kumar Gupta &3 Others pending before Civil Judge (Senior Division) Mirzapur, District- Mirzapur as early as possible within stipulated period or so fix by this Hon'ble Court" 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that 6C application case is pending before the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Mirzapur, District Mirzapur for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Mirzapur, District Mirzapur to consider and decide the 6C application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
