2 1 The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:-
“1. That the Hon'ble court may be kind enough to call the record of the petitioner. 2 That the Hon'ble court may be kind enough to command the respondents by issuance of a writ/ writs, order/ orders. direction/ directions to quash the continuous suspension Annexure P-1.
3. That the Hon'ble court may be kind enough to issue any writ, order or direction and to quash the departmental enquiry on the basis of utter violations of the Statutory Rules 1966, violation of principle of natural justice, biasness and malafidies with perversity.
4. That the Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to issue any writ, order or direction as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case” 2
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh, if occasion arises.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents having no objection. 4 Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 5 Accordingly, instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioners.
