The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the date when the case was listed, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner was engaged in conducting the matter in Hon’ble Jharkhand High Court and again when the matter was listed on 01.08.2025, he was at Ranchi to attend the same case and hence he could not appear.
