As the petitioner has filed the review application, there are certain facts which were not considered while disposing the present the writ petition vide order dated 07.05.2025. In fact the said writ petition was disposed of considering the interim order passed on 25.10.2013. 6. But in the review application, it was brought to the notice of the Court that the said orders were interdicted by the Division bench in Special Appeal Defective No.1208 of 2013 dated 02.08.2016. In view of the said contentions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and as the error apparent on the face of record, the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.57050 of 2013 dated 07.05.2025 is recalled. 7. Therefore, the Writ Petition No.57050 of 2013 is restored to its original number. 8. List this case as fresh, after two weeks.
