The claimants, Hem Bahadur Dorjee and Sanu Dorjee are present. 3. Both the parties have settled their dispute amicably. The Insurance Company has agreed to pay an additional amount of Rs. 2,30,000/- to the claimants. 4. The Insurance Company is directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 2,30,000/- before the learned Tribunal, MACT, Bongaigaon within 6 (six) weeks from the date of this order. 5. The Claimants may be allowed to withdraw the amount after proper verification by the Registry. 6. In terms of the above observation, this application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
