Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the revisionist, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State and Sri Shantanu Pandey, Advocate holding brief of Sri Vinay Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.2. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the revisionist has submitted that in the instant matter, application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. had been filed by a stranger, i.e., the applicant is neither the State nor the complainant/informant therefore, the said application was not maintainable but the learned trial court on that application had exercised power under Section 319 Cr.P.C. and had summoned the revisionist to face the trial. 3. Sri Sanjeev Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the revisionist, at this stage, submits that the revisionist wants to withdraw this revision therefore, it may be dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
