Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus by directing the respondent corporation to continue the services of the petitioner as a Revenue Officer, Mahadevapura Division pursuant to the officer order dated 05.12.2024 bearing No.B12(1)PR/132/2024-25 issued by 4th respondent which is produced and marked as ANNEXURE-'B’ till 30.06.2024 i.e. till his superannuation. c. To pass such other suitable orders as this Hon'ble court deems fit to be granted in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.” 2.
