Hetalben Dineshbhai Parmar has led this contending that her daughter Divya has been illegally conned by Mahendra. 2. Notice of this petition was ordered on 2.12.2025 and yesterday, the police secured the corpus and presented her before the Court. Since the petitioner was absent, the matter was adjourned to today. 3. Today, corpus- Divya, the petitioner, her nephew, her niece and her younger brother-in-law are present. They do not dispute that corpus Divya is more than 18 years of age. R/SCR.A/15871/2025 ORDER DATED: 11/12/2025 4. Divya categorically states before us that she does not wish to reside with her mother and she is voluntarily residing with respondent No.4- Mahendra. She also submits that she has in fact married Mahendra. 5. In view of the fact that the corpus is aged more than 18 years and she states that she does not wish to reside with her mother and wants to stay with the respondent No.4- Mahendra, it is obvious that the prayer sought for in the petition cannot be granted. The petition is, therefore, DISMISSED. 6. Corpus- Divya apprehends that she may be threatened by the petitioner and her relatives. Hence, the petitioner and her relatives who are present before us undertook that they would not interfere in the life of Divya and they would le an undertaking in the form of an a/idavit in this regard within TWO WEEKS.
