This Court, vide order dated 21.08.2024, passed in MCRC No. 5035 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Suraj Gupta, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Raigarh District-Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 21.01.2025 has requested for grant of KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 two months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in this case, a total of 09 prosecution witnesses have been examined and only one prosecution witness has been left to be examined, currently the case has fixed for prosecution evidence on 07.02.2025. Hence the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some time. Therefore, he prays for grant of further two months time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
