The grievance of the petitioner is that the application submitted by the petitioner at Annexure A for allotment of plot by respondent Nos.2 and 3 has not been considered despite long lapse of time. 3. Whenever any application is filed for allotment of plot before respondent Nos.2 and 3, it is required of them to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, either allotting the land or rejecting the application, accompanied by reasons. Neither having been done, I pass the following: ORDER i) Writ Petition is allowed; ii) A mandamus is issued, directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the application at Annexure A as also the representation dated - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42436 WP No. 36350 of 2024 26.07.2018 at Annexure G and 09.08.2024 at Annexure H and pass necessary orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
