Vastala Bhau Dhamale & Ors., reported in 2000 (1) Mh.L.J. 55, and Machindra s/o Santaram Kutwad v/s. Sharad s/o Khanderao Survase & Ors., reported in 2012 (6) Mh.L.J., third- party application cannot be considered in reference under Section 18 of Land Acquisition Act. 2. In that view of matter, he seeks permission to withdraw 1 ADN 30-WP-8112-2023.doc present writ petition with liberty to prosecute any other remedy available to petitioner under law. 3.
