This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1) A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2 Up Ziladhikari Kushinagar Padrauna to decide case no.8293 of 2021 computerized case No.T202105440108293 and restoration application NO. 2024.(Urmila Devi vs. Ram Chandra & others) expeditiously within stipulated period." It is contended that restoration application is pending in proceedings under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which is registered as Case No.8293 of 2021 (Computerized Case No.T202105440108293). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said restoration application may be decided expeditiously. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.2- Up Ziladhikari, Padrauna, Kushinagar to decide the Restoration Application No.8293 of 2021 (Computerized Case No.T202105440108293) pending in proceedings under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
