Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Bank submits that an application under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 has been filed by the District Magistrate concerned, which is pending till date. 3. In light of the same, the District Magistrate concerned is directed to consider the application filed under Section 14 of the aforesaid Act and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from date. 4.
