The petition seeks to challenge the rejection of the application of the petitioner for issuance of caste certificate to the petitioner, which is reflected from website status of the application. It is submitted that the information being displayed on the website does not give any reason as to why the application has been rejected. Counsel for the State respondents submits that website status which is showing rejection would be on the basis of some report on the record. He submits that the reasons for rejection would be communicated to the petitioner within three weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
