This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the notice dated June 5, 2025 issued by the respondent No.2/Assistant Regional Transport Officer (Administration), Mirzapur. 3. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has transferred the vehicle in the year 2014. However, the facts reveal that till date the vehicle is in the name of the petitioner and no transfer has taken place. 4. In light of the same, we do not find any illegality in the impugned notice with regard to road tax and penalty. 5.
