This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 02.09.2024, registered as Case Crime No.606 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338 and 340(2) of The Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023, Police Station-Sadar Bazar, District-Shahjahanpur. 3. Short counter affidavit has been filed through Sri Rama Shanker Mishra on behalf of respondent no.3, wherein it has been stated that the parties have settled their dispute outside court. Respondent no.3, has no objection, if the impugned F.I.R. is quashed. 4. Accordingly, the impugned F.I.R. in aforesaid case crime number is quashed. 5. The writ petition is allowed.
