Learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to convince the Court regarding maintainability of the writ petition. 3. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo to withdraw the writ petition. It is stated that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to raise the dispute before the Competent Authority. 4.
