The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of an order dated 8.1.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.25790/2024 (KLR-RES). The operative part of the said order reads as under: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:51477-DB CCC No. 937 of 2025 (i) The writ petition is allowed. (ii) Respondent No.3/Assistant Commissioner is hereby directed to consider the order passed by respondent No.2/Tahsildar vide Annexure-A and pass appropriate orders/directions in accordance with law. (iii) On issuance of such direction by respondent No.3/Assistant Commissioner, respondent No.2/ Tahsildar shall forthwith bring in requisite rectifications as indicated in Annexure-A, in accordance with law. (iv) This entire exercise shall be accomplished within a period of three months' from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3. Learned counsel for the accused submits that the order has been complied with and the necessary rectification has been carried out. 4.
