Issue a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide expeditiously the application dated 30.07.2018 u/s 24 Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 related to Gata No. 146 measuring 0.1420 H situated in Village- Rudrapur, Tehsil-Jasrana, District- Firozabad, pending in the court of Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Jasrana, District Firozabad since 30.07.2018 within time bound manner as deem fit and appropriate by this Hon'ble Court." It is contended that application moved under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in the year 2018 has not been registered till date. This Court cannot believe this fact as the petitioner is coming after 7 years. However, in case the petitioner moves an application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 along with certified copy of this order within two weeks from today, the officer concerned shall entertain the said application and decide the same strictly, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of next two months.
