Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "(i) To direct the learned Civil Judge (J.D.) Sharki, Court No. 6, Allahabad to decide the aforesaid Original Suit / Case No. 3518 of 2022 (Afaque Ahmad Ansari Vs. Bhanu Pratap Singh and others), within stipulated period of time, may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice and circumstances of the case. II) To direct the learned Additional Civil Judge Junior Division (Sharki), Court No.6, Allahabad to decide the aforesaid Interim Injunction Application (6-C) within stipulated period of time, may be fixed by this Hon'ble justice and Court in the interest circumstances of the case." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised preliminary objection that the petitioner has approached this Court earlier also for the same relief by filing Matter under Article 227 No. 5178 of 2024, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 26.04.2024. 4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 second writ petition on the same facts is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
