The present report is filed seeking following orders in paragraph no. 4 , thereof : (A) This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to take on record that pursuant to the advertisement issued in the newspapers on 01.08.2025, the Official Liquidator has not received any offer/tender from the intending purchasers/parties. (B) This Hon’ble Court may permit the Official Liquidator to convene sale committee meeting to decide further course of action for sale of assets and properties of the aforesaid Company in liquidation. (C) This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make the payment of Bill No. 8/2025-26 dated 01.08.2025 of Rs.2,40,017/- M/s. Global Network Advertising, Advertising Agency from account of the said Company with the Official Liquidator. (D) Such other and further orders and directions as may be considered just and appropriate may also be passed. C/OLR/67/2025 ORDER DATED: 21/11/2025 3. It is informed by the Ld. Advocate, Shri Shivang Thakkar appearing for Official Liquidator that this Court vide order dated 15.07.2025 passed in OLR No. 39 of 2025 fixed up the schedule programme to sell the leasehold rights of the property of the Company (In Liquidation) situated at F.P. No. 112 & 117, TPS No. 8, Mouje Dariapur Kazipur, Asarwa, Ahmedabad. 4. It is stated in the report that accordingly, the Advertisement was published by the Official Liquidator on 01.08.2025 in newspapers. Pursuant to the advertisement published in the newspapers, no offers/tenders are received upto the last date i.e. 29.08.2025 as notified in the advertisement. 5. In view of the facts mentioned above, the Official Liquidator is permitted to pay the advertisement Bill No. 8/2025-26 dated 01.08.2025 of Rs.2,40,017/- of Advertisement Agency, M/s Global Network Advertising from the account of the said Company with Official Liquidator. 6. Further, the Official Liquidator is directed to convene sale committee meeting to decide further course of action for sale of assets and properties of the aforesaid Company in liquidation situated at F.P. No. 112 & 117, TPS No. 8, Mouje Dariapur Kazipur, Asarwa, Ahmedabad. 7. In view of the above, present report is accepted in terms of prayer in para-4(A) to (C) of this report. 8.
