This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 18.04.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.H.C.No.9/2023, wherein certain visitation rights has been ordered based on the consensus arrived at between the parties.

Learned counsel for the accused has filed a memo along with order dated 10.10.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s).11910/2024.

3. The order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reads as under:
"1.
Learned counsel for the parties submit that their respective clients are inclined to explore the possibility of settlement by mediation process.
2. To facilitate the parties to arrive at an amicable settlement, we direct the parties and their authorized representatives, to appear before the Coordinator, Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 15.10.2025 at 11:00 a.m. Liberty is granted to appear through virtual mode.
3. The Coordinator may appoint an experienced Mediator to facilitate a settlement between the parties.
4. List the matter after receipt of the report from the Mediation Centre."
4. We are of the considered view that this petition need not be proceeded in view of the matter being pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Hence, the present contempt proceedings are dropped granting liberty to the complainant to revive the contempt petition,

if need arises, after disposal of the matter before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
