The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. against the order dated 02.11.2018 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, Khetri, District Jhunjhunu in Criminal Revision No.85/2018 whereby the learned [2025:RJ-JP:38834] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-1091/2019] Judicial Magsitrate Khetri District Jhunjhunu affirmed the order dated 19.05.2018 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Khetri District Jhunjhunu in Criminal Case No.389/2015 whereby learned Magistrate took cognizance against the petitioners under Sections 143, 341 and 323 of IPC. 2. On last date of hearing i.e. vide order dated 01.09.2025 passed by this Court, the latest status report regarding the trial pending before learned trial Court was called for and the said report is received. 3. As per the report dated 16.09.2025, trial in Case No.389/2015 pending before learned Judicial Magistrate, Khetri, District Jhunjhunu has been finally disposed of vide order dated 05.07.2022. 4.
