The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondent-Thasildar, Devanahalli Taluk to consider the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35850 WP No. 27355 of 2025 representation given by the petitioner for survey phodi of land bearing Sy.No.489/32 measuring 1 acre 12.8 guntas situated at Vijayapura Village, Devanahalli Taluk. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate however submits that an application for Phodi and Durast work is required to be made online and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to file an application online. 4.
