The present petition has been filed in view of the 25 cases registered in connection with Crime No.267 of 2023. 3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4. The respondent police despite registering the cases for a grave offence of cheating by a finance company by producing fake documents, have not secured the accused or vehicle for more than two years. 5. Considering the facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
