GP FOR HOME (AP) 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in interfering with the Civil disputes and thereby threatening the petitioner to withdraw the civil suit O.S.No.81 of 2019 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Rayachoti, which is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and in violation of Article 21 of Constitution of India ...” Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State. Perused the material on record. None represented for the Petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed on record the written instructions and would submit that basing on the complaint given by the complainant/Shaik Irfan Bash, a case was registered against the Petitioner and respondent Police never called him to the police station, there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the complainant and respondent Police never interfered to these disputes and would submit that appropriate orders may be passed by disposing of this Writ Petition. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except according to law.
