The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "a-Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R dated 28.1.2025 lodged by the opposite party no.4 against the petitioner in Case Crime No. 45/2025 Under Section 2(b)(1) 3(1) of U.P. Gangster & Anti Social (Prevention) Act 1986 Police Station Kotwali District Azamgarh i.e Annexure No.1 to the writ petition." 3. A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. 4. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. 5.
